The CF4518S operates similarly as the CF5545G above. The difference being that on this machine the boxes/product can be of random lengths. The side seal mechanism is continuous whereas the DQL-5545G has an L-sealer. This machine is ideal to pack photo frames, aluminum plates, plastic piping,corning,skirting boards, wood products etc. The ideal shrink tunnel for the DQL-4518S is the DSC4525L which uses an advanced hot air circulation system for superior shrinking results and the speed of the conveyor can be set to the appropriate speed for the line.

I.CF4518S side sealer characteristic:
1.CF4518S is the automatic side sealing machine which developed by ourselves, it is used to high capacity packing production line, feeding, conveying, entering bag, sealing can be finished at a time, it has high working efficiency.
2.Vertical sealing adopts high quality supporting structure and two sides linear guideway to make sealing pressure balanced, frame won't be damaged easily. The sealing knife adopts copper alloy sprayed with teflong, it won't stick film, sealing fastness, without smoke, non-pollution
3.Side sealing adopts constant temperature sealing knife, sealing part is straight and strong, there is no limited about packing object length. Film feeding belt adopts widen and thicken belt, it's using life is long and easily to be replaced.

II. CF4525L shrink tunnel characteristic:
